We are pleased to present to investors the latest construction updates as at END Sept 2016 for London Spring Place Phase 1.

According to feedback from the developer, Phase 1 of London Spring Place (Blocks A & D) has been slightly delayed and they are looking at a completion set for Oct 31st.

Works done to date include:

• completion of steel frame, decking and concrete
• dry lining partitions
• mechanical and electrical
• face brickwork
• windows installation
• gas, power & water work connections
