Works on Block C have begun and progressing well on site. According to the developer, target completion of Q4 2017 is on track. Here is a summary of works to date, which include:

  • Demolition of existing buildings complete
  • Sheet piling works complete
  • Below ground drainage complete
  • Concrete retaining walls and groundworks complete
  • Steel frame erection progressing well and due for completion 12th May
