Works on Block C have begun and progressing well on site. According to the developer, target completion of Q4 2017 is on track. Here is a summary of works to date, which include:
- Demolition of existing buildings complete
- Sheet piling works complete
- Below ground drainage complete
- Concrete retaining walls and groundworks complete
- Steel frame erection progressing well and due for completion 12th May
