UAE TRIP CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS, & PRIVACY POLICY
This Client Service Agreement is made on the day the fee is paid between:
CS PROP SDN BHD (Co. No. 1109895X), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its principal place of business at A-10-02, Menara The Met, 20, Jalan Dutamas 2, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
and;
The Client whose particulars are stated on the registration page of the website upon payment of fee.
PART (A) – CSI PROP CLIENT SERVICES
1. PREAMBLE
1.1 CS PROP Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “CSI PROP”) arranges and facilitates travel experiences, guided tours, and itinerary planning for clients participating in the UAE trip package. This excludes flights, airport transfer, hotel bookings, insurance, and medical as well as government processing fees for the Golden VISA.
1.2 The Client acknowledges that the travel arrangements, bookings, and recommendations provided by CSI PROP are based upon available data, third-party services, and professional judgment. CSI PROP is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, accommodation changes, or external factors affecting the travel experience. CSI PROP reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary at its absolute discretion. The itinerary is also subject to availability and weather conditions. The Client shall perform their own due diligence and obtain travel insurance where necessary. The Client shall retain absolute discretion over their own travel-related decisions.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Refer below as stated in Section 2 of Schedule 1.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
3.1 CSI PROP UAE Trip Package Fee (“Fee”)
Upon execution of the Client Service Agreement, the Client shall pay the Fee as stated in Section 1 of Schedule 1.
3.2 Taxes and Fees
All fees payable to CSI PROP are subject to applicable government taxes as required by law.
4. TERMINATION AND REFUND POLICY
4.1 No refund shall be provided once the Client has been given access to any trip information, including, but not limited to, itinerary details, briefing videos, attended trip briefings, or Q&A sessions.
4.2 In the event the Client breaches or causes a breach of any terms of the Confidentiality Clause (as per Clause 7 hereinafter), the Client hereby agrees and undertakes to compensate the agreed sum, which CSI PROP reserves the absolute right to claim as Agreed Liquidated Damages, as stated in Section 3 of Schedule 1. This is without limiting any right or remedy available to CSI PROP at law or in equity (which includes the right to claim damages and specific performance) upon the termination of this Agreement
4.3 Upon termination of this Agreement, all obligations shall cease, but this shall not prejudice any right of action by the party not in default against the defaulting party in respect of any antecedent breach.
5. TERMINATION
5.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time by providing the other party with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
5.2 This Agreement may be terminated by either party through written notice if the other party commits a material breach of any term or condition of this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of a written notice to remedy the breach sent via registered mail.
5.3 This Agreement may be terminated by CSI PROP at its sole discretion with immediate effect by providing written notice to the Client upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
5.3.1 The Client is found to be involved in any fraudulent activity related to this Agreement, with substantial evidence supporting such allegations;
5.3.2 The Client becomes insolvent or unable to fulfill financial commitments related to the UAE trip package;
5.3.3 The Client commits a material breach of any term or condition of this Agreement, and such breach is not capable of being remedied.
5.4 Upon termination or expiry of this Agreement, the Client shall have no further rights or claims under this Agreement except as expressly provided herein.
5.5 Any termination of this Agreement shall:
(a) Be without prejudice to any rights and remedies either party may have under Malaysia law, including any breaches occurring before termination; and
(b) Not affect the enforcement of any provision in this Agreement that is expressly or impliedly intended to survive termination.
6. INDEMNITY
The Client undertakes to defend, indemnify on a full indemnity basis, and hold CSI PROP harmless from all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs, and expenses whatsoever that may be brought against, made upon, or incurred by CSI PROP.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY (DUTY OF NON-DISCLOSURE)
7.1 CSI PROP shall only process the Client’s Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, regulations, guidelines, and orders made from time to time.
7.2 By providing Personal Data to CSI PROP, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to CSI PROP processing their Personal Data in accordance with its terms.
7.3 The parties agree and acknowledge that all data, materials, and information, in any format, relating to the Client shall at all times belong to CSI PROP and shall be treated as confidential by Client. Client further undertake not to disclose any confidential information as outlined in Clause 7.4 below.
7.4 For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” shall mean and include:
All information relating to the Client; travel details and specific arrangements shared within CSI PROP groups, including but not limited to accommodations, flights, and exclusive travel experiences arranged through CSI PROP.
However, Confidential Information does not include information that:
(i) Is in the public domain or was publicly known or available prior to disclosure to the Client;
(ii) Was lawfully in the Client’s possession prior to disclosure by CSI PROP;
(iii) Becomes publicly known or available through authorized means, not due to any unauthorized act or omission by the Client; or
(iv) Is supplied to the Client by a third party with the legal right to do so.
PART (B) – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
8. GENERAL
8.1 If any part of this Agreement is declared invalid or void, the remaining parts of this Agreement shall be effective and valid.
8.2 This Agreement shall be binding upon each of the Parties hereto and their respective successors in title and permitted assigns.
8.3 In the event the Client enters into agreements with third-party travel providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators), CSI PROP shall not be liable for any losses or disputes arising from such contracts.
8.4 Notice in writing refers to a letter sent by registered post and/or an email to the address specified in this Agreement.
8.5 Words imparting the singular number only shall include the plural and vice versa.
8.6 No failure or omission by either party to carry out or to observe any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be deemed a breach if such failure arises from any cause beyond the reasonable control of that party.
8.7 The parties shall act in good faith and with fairness to ensure that the Agreement is implemented effectively and equitably.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
10. COMPREHENSION OF AGREEMENT
The parties agree that they have read and understood this Agreement and are bound by its provisions.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the UAE trip package and supersedes all prior agreements.
12. MODIFICATION AND WAIVER
No modification, amendment, or waiver shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the affected party.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is declared illegal or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in effect.
SCHEDULE 1
| Section 1 | Fees and Payment Terms The fee for the UAE Trip Package is as per the registration (Inclusive of Tax and Administration Fee) and is non-refundable. This fee does not include personal expenses, flights, airport transfer, hotel accommodation, travel insurance, visa fees, medical checks, biometric fingerprint checks, government processing fees for Golden VISA or any additional costs not explicitly covered in the itinerary. Payment Method: The fee shall be paid via our designated landing page upon registration. Note: Special discounted prices may apply for bookings made during promotional events/webinars organized by CSI PROP and/or its subsidiaries. |
| Section 2 | Scope of Services As part of this engagement, CSI PROP will provide the following services: 1. Travel & Accommodation Arrangement a. Assist in recommending accommodations, and arranging local transport. b. Provide a structured itinerary for the duration of the UAE trip. 2. Business & Networking Opportunities a. Organize networking sessions with industry professionals and investors. b. Arrange site visits to key locations related to investment and property opportunities. 3. Guided Tours & Experiences a. Provide guided tours covering cultural, business, and lifestyle experiences. b. Facilitate access to exclusive venues and events. 4. Personalized Support a. Offer travel assistance throughout the trip. b. Provide consultation and guidance on property investments, financial planning, and relevant topics. |
| Section 3 | Agreed Liquidated Damages In the event of a breach of confidentiality or disclosure of proprietary information by the Client, CSI PROP reserves the right to charge an Agreed Liquidated Damages fee of USD 2,000 (US Dollar Two Thousand). |

● Travel Information: Flight details, accommodation preferences, dietary requirements, and other personal preferences for the UAE trip.
● Photographic & Video Recordings: Any images or videos taken during our corporate events, site visits, or networking sessions.
● Communication Records: Any calls, emails, or messages exchanged with CSI PROP related to the UAE trip.
● General Website Information: Cookies, IP address, browsing history, and website interactions.
If you provide us with personal data of third parties (e.g., travel companions or emergency contacts), you confirm that you have obtained their consent for such disclosure.
How We Collect Your Personal Data
We may collect personal data through various channels, including but not limited to:
● When you register for the UAE Trip Package via our designated landing page.
● When you contact us for inquiries, feedback, or support regarding the trip.
● When you participate in webinars, seminars, contests, or promotions related to the UAE trip.
● When you visit our website or engage with us via social media.
● From third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
Use of Personal Data Collected
Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
● To process your registration and payment for the UAE Trip Package.
● To manage travel arrangements and local transport.
● To notify you of trip details, itinerary updates, and any relevant changes.
● To facilitate networking sessions and meetings during the UAE trip.
● To facilitate any property, banking, tax, consulting or engagements and connections.
● To ensure compliance with travel regulations and other legal requirements.
● To compile reports and analyses for business improvement.
● To promote future activities & trips for others to benefit.
● To provide customer support before, during, and after the trip.
Liability Disclaimer
CSI PROP is not liable for any incidents, accidents, personal injuries, losses, damages, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the trip. Travelers are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance to cover any potential risks.
With Whom We Share Your Personal Data
As part of organizing and managing your trip, we may disclose your personal data to:
● Travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, and local transportation agencies.
● Event organizers and business partners involved in networking and site visits.
● Service providers to facilitate any property, banking, tax, consulting, engagements or connections
● Government authorities, where required for visa processing or legal compliance.
● Third-party vendors assisting in payment processing, marketing, or customer support.
● Other parties where you have given your explicit or implied consent.
Your Rights to Access and Correct Your Personal Data
You have the right to:
● Request access to your personal data.
● Correct inaccurate or outdated personal information.
● Withdraw your consent for data usage where applicable.
Requests can be made via our Data Access Request Form or Data Correction Request Form, available on our website and office.
How Long We Will Keep Your Personal Data
We will retain your data as long as necessary to:
● Fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy.
● Comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
● Protect CSI PROP’s business interests.

Your Consent
By registering for the UAE Trip Package and submitting your personal data, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. CSI PROP reserves the right to amend this Policy when necessary. The latest version will be published on our website.
